Over the years we have developed a framework GISDoc, (based on robust and renowned open source components) that expands the functionality of a WebGIS by making it “dynamic,” adding the documentation part (DMS), for cataloging and indexing various types of documents (including point clouds); all documentation associated with an event, linked to a graphic object, is stored and indexed in the system.
